Fighting for district #107

Join Hai Cao in his fight for a better Georgia.

About Hai

Born in Saigon, Republic of Vietnam. When the North Vietnamese communists invaded Saigon on April 30th, 1975, my father brought his family onto the ship that he captained and left Vietnam for the USA.  Arrived in Seattle, Washington in early June 1975. Within a week, got a janitor job on graveyard shift while attended school during the day. Graduated mechanical engineer from the University of Washington in March 1980. After a long successful career in Space Electronics that rose to senior management level, I decided to bring my years of leadership experience and program management skills to politics in pursuit of a lifelong American dream of becoming a legislator serve and protect Georgians.

Public Safety

Citizens of Gwinnett County deserve a safe environment where people can freely walk on city streets without fear, and children are protected on school grounds. To achieve these goals, I commit to support funding for law enforcement and consistent application of the law to the full extent.

CLOSING THE BORDER

On the first day of his presidency, Joe Biden
cancelled all border policies under the previous administration, resulting in millions of people entering the U.S. illegally, posing a threat to our national security from human trafficking to drug exposure such as Fentanyl. It's time to crack down on illegal entry to our country.

Education

Parents deserve a voice and choice in their childrens' schooling. Let's allow families to decide what schools to attend whether inside or outside of their neighborhoods, keep the HOPE Scholarship well-funded, and increase funding for early education.

fixing our economy

Our economy is suffering, and as a result, our people are suffering. Inflation is a federal issue and can only be regulated and controlled by federal government policies. However, at the state level, I would collaborate with the governor to pass laws that lessen the negative impact of inflation immediately for Georgians.
